The desk chair in the room has a seat in poor condition. No open tears, but close, fabric/cover was degraded/scratched multiple times across the whole seat. Temperature setting was finicky.

The reception desk was very nice to me. The lobby is beautiful with a koi fish pond. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub, which had an adjoining fitness center. I was so refreshed after my nap.

Every single time I use this app, the hotels never have my reservation ready. They all tell me they get an email, but that someone didn't check the emails from DayUse, so they didn't know I was coming. They had to search for a room to put me in, because everything available had been given to airlines staff already, even though I'd made my reservation more than 24 hours before. The room they did put me in was nice and clean, but smelled musty and stale, like it hadn't been used in a long time. The odor was so strong, it made it hard to sleep, the bedding was especially odorous. But it had taken them almost 45 minutes to find me this room and I was too tired from working all night and just needed to sleep. Then, when I went to shower to go to work, there was a missing shower head and the water wouldn't come on. I called the front desk and they sent engineering to fix it, and they did so quickly, but it still led to me checking out late. Overall, I would stay again, the staff did their best, but something needs to be done so that my reservation isn't created when I come in to check in, I'm afraid they won't be able to accommodate me one of these days and I'll have to sleep in my car or something.
