Sports fans are pleased to discover the hotel's location in Boca Raton is near Florida Atlantic University, home of the Owls. The campus features a 30,000-seat football stadium, an aquatic center with an Olympic-sized pool. Not to mention the hotel is only thirty minutes from the famous Hard Rock Stadium.
In addtion, The beautiiful 7 mile strech of prestigious coastline is only 20 minutes from the hotel. Visitors can access the beaches from any number of public parks, including Spanish River, Red Reef and South Beach Park. Being on the west side of town isnt so boring! If you're looking for some adventure be sure to ride an airboat at the Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge and expereicne the Everglades. Finally, the beautiful Morikami Gardens are a must see. Hotel policies: The Holiday Inn Express participates in a contactless check-in experience. Upon check-in, you will not be asked to sign paperwork but agree to follow all rules and regulations that pertain to the hotel. The Holiday Inn Express is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking in a non smoking hotel will result in $200 recovery fee. The hotel is pet-friendly and furry friends are welcomed for a non-refundable $75 pet fee. violations of the pet policy will result in a $100 charge. You are required to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in (minimum age to check in is 21 years). The hotel also requires a credit card at check-in for a daily $20 incidental hold. Cash payments for the incidental hold are NOT accepted. If no incidental charges are incurred during your stay, the incidental hold will be released to you at check-out. Cash payments for your stay are only allowed at the time of check-out. If you will be paying cash for your stay you ARE STILL required to present a credit card at check in, no exceptions.
