Arrived with booking reservation number and they had no record of it . Wasn’t a problem as a room available and I showed them the number and email . Just took a little longer . Location great for train station and close to centre for shopping.

Excellent standard of accommodation, helpful reception staff with quick and easy check in. Unfortunately maintenance work being carried out in adjoining rooms had a detrimental impact on the tranquility, other than that pleased with the stay.

Ordered a double bed room however got to the hotel, no one told me they changed my room to a single bed however charged me for a double. Not using this hotel again
